Monday-Wednesday Miscellany

  • USA Today's Idol Chatter has the SoundScan numbers up. They differ a bit from the HDD estimates. Kelly Clarkson's "Mr. Know It All" single has passed Scotty McCreery's single "I Love You This Big."
  • Billboard is reporting possible concerts by Queen fronted by Adam Lambert. Read Here
  • Hits Daily Double has its estimates in. Daughtry's album picks up 40K, Scotty 35.6K, Kelly 19.1K. No sign of Lauren or James. That would put them under 14.3K.

  1. Reading from USA Today's Idol Chatter blog, Lauren Alaina will be opening for the Jason Aldean tour. This is good news for Lauren as it will allow the record label to make money to make up for her relatively poor album sales.
